Terms and Conditions of Hiring the ‘ Secret ‘ @ Peak Serenity

When you make a booking you are entering an Agreement with us., and accepting terms.br />
Please read our Terms and Conditions of booking below, and tick box accordingly.
1) The price of the accommodation includes the following :
Electricity, hot water, central heating, all linens, welcome basket, champagne and chocolates or strawberries on arrival, use of BBQ , garden furniture and Hot Tub .
Activities e.g. gliding, guided walks, holistic therapies, Beauty treatments, etc.,are arranged at an additional cost.

2) Well behaved children are welcome., but it is to be noted that the accommodation is on the 1st floor and stairs and there is a step between the lounge and the kitchen.
Not suitable for toddlers.

3) NO smoking is allowed .
4) NO LIT CANDLES to be left unattended. If used please use an accepted and protective candle holder
5) No dogs or pets, sorry

6) Once you have booked your holiday, our Agreement is a legal document.
A 50 % deposit must be paid on Booking. This is non-returnable.
The remainder must be paid 4 weeks before arrival date.
A returnable Good-Housekeeping Bond of £100- is also required at this time.
If, for any reason, you cannot take your holiday, and the booking cannot be re-let, you are still liable for the full booking payment even if we have not yet received your balance. If we do succeed in re-letting the booked dates, you are no longer liable for the balance.
We will refund the balance to you if you have already paid, with your Good-Housekeeping Bond, LESS a £50 administration fee.
Please note that your deposit is NOT REFUNDABLE under any circumstances.
For this reason we strongly recommend that you take out cancellation insurance.

7) We would only cancel your holiday if your accommodation was unavailable for reasons beyond our control.
We would attempt to offer you accommodation on an alternative date, however, if this was not possible, or unacceptable to you, then we would refund all monies paid by you.
Our liability would not extend beyond this refund.

8) The apartment is to be left in the same clean and tidy condition as on on arrival.
Rubbish is to be put in the black bag found under the sink, and placed outside the Wet room door in the bin.

9) All breakages and damage to the property or contents is to be reported immediately.
The Good Housekeeping fee will thus NOT be returned to you after your stay if damage
is found..If the damage is deemed to be excessive. the full cost of repair will be passed to the client for payment.

Arrival time is between 4pm and 6pm unless otherwise arranged, on date of arrival.
Departure time is up to 5pm.
